I explore the urban environment, pulling the buildings of the city context, space and time, and put them on the table for a detailed review. As if a child with a magnifying glass watch an ant hill, full of life.
* Monodomy - an ant colony established in a single nest site.

                                                     - The Ants, Bert Holldobler and Edward O. Wilson, Harvard University Press, 1990

* The term serial monodomy is used to describe a life-history phenomenon in social insects. Serially monodomous colonies maintain multiple nests for their exclusive use.

"...An ant-hill, in its simplest form, is a pile of earth, sand, pine needles, or clay or a composite of these and other materials..."
"...each ant is not enough intelligent to understand it lives in a complex community, nor it is able to organize tasks in its colony."
